We are very excited to have Dr. Ahmed Sayed joining rfrnz as Chief Technology Officer! Ahmed holds a PhD in Cheminformatics -- a field at the intersection of chemistry, computer and data science. He is an accomplished full-stack developer who amassed a trove of experiences in building scalable and state-of-the-art IT infrastructures at his previous startups. With Ahmed as core team member, product development is in excellent hands.
Gründerwettbewerb Digitale Innovationen
Today we were awarded a main prize in the Gründerwettbewerb Digitale Innovationen by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy! The award ceremony took place at the IFA in Berlin where Parliamentary State Secretary Dirk Wiese presented the prize. A great honor indeed and an extra motivational boost to work hard on our product development!
XPRENEURS Demo Day
Today we wrapped up our participation in the XPRENEURS program by presenting at the XPRENEURS Demo Day. A great event with stunning views over Munich from the top of the Highlight Towers.
We are delighted to be invited to the Legal Geek Conference 2017 in London on 17th October. Legal Geek and Dentons invited us after Jimmy Vestbirk, founder of Legal Geek, interviewed us in his legendary Volkswagen van at the ELTA conference in Berlin. Thanks Jimmy and Dentons team!

Today we entered XPRENEURS -- a Munich-based high-tech startup incubator. XPRENEURS is a 3-month full-time incubation program which supports startups from around the globe turn technology-driven business ideas into scalable companies. The program offers office space in Munich‘s most elegant high-rise, the IBM Watson IoT Center (see picture above).
Through UnternehmerTUM at the Technische Universität München, we are awarded a prestigious EXIST Business Startup Grant. The grant supports students, graduates, and scientists from universities to turn their business idea into a business plan.
Berlin Legal Tech 2017
We're invited speaker at the Berlin Legal Tech Conference 2017 -- the first one of its kind in Germany! The main topics of the conference are: Blockchain, Industrialization, and Artificial Intelligence. The latter topic addresses in what ways advances in Machine Learning and Big Data influence law. Have a look at Sven's talk.
